This Easter, our food bank continued its mission to support families facing hardship during the Easter half-term. With the fantastic support of our community, we were able to distribute hundreds of food parcels and Ester eggs to our extensive network of over 70 schools across Northamptonshire.
In addition to our regular food bank operations, we collaborated with ReStore Northampton for our Easter Egg campaign. The response was overwhelming! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and notable contributors such as Tony Ansell and the Abington Park Cafe, The Dodd group, Galliford Try, ICS Electrical, Crest Scaffolding, and many others, we received a bountiful supply of Easter Egg donations.
These sweet treats brought joy to so many local children, making their Easter celebrations ones to remember. Alongside the hundreds of food parcels distributed, this provided a major support for families facing hardship across the county.
