Graham was born in London in 1961, and moved to Nottingham during his childhood. Growing up, Graham was an only-child and had no siblings, which was a rare occurrence back then.

He went to a catholic school, and was taught by priests up to 18 years of age when he did his A – levels. While in school, he learned basic subjects such as maths, english, science, geography and history, but he also learned Latin and Greek!

After he finished school, he started working in factories. However, Graham had bigger goals, and so he began studying at night school, eventually leading him to work with computers, and eventually project management roles.

At the age of 16, Graham met a lovely girl called Liz, who would soon become his wife! They married in Ireland in 1985, and now have two daughters and three grandchildren. Graham said his daughters being born were “the best days of his life”.

Today, Graham still lives in Northampton with Liz. They enjoy going on holidays and trips to Ireland to visit Liz’s family whenever they can, and spending plenty of time with their family and grandchildren.

Graham said if he could give one piece of advice to the younger generation, it would be to “Have no regrets and enjoy life!”.
