Just before Christmas, the students and staff at Northgate Academy came together to support our charity’s work with a fantastic fundraising effort. They organised a festive raffle and refreshment stall at the front of the school, raising an incredible £175 to help local families in need.
We were delighted to visit the school to accept their generous donation, and it was brilliant to see how much enthusiasm the students had for supporting our cause. They were especially excited for the cheque presentation photo, one eager student even donned our mascot head for the occasion, adding to the fun!
At TMDF, we’re proud to work closely with schools like Northgate Academy through our Schools Partnership Programme, ensuring that students, families, and the wider community have access to essential support. We want to thank everyone involved in this fundraiser. Their kindness and generosity made a real impact!
We’re delighted to welcome students from our partner schools every Thursday to volunteer at our Food Hub, alongside teams from local businesses and corporate sponsors who join us each Tuesday.
