We were absolutely delighted to welcome students from Pineham Barns Primary School to our Food Hub at the end of February. As long-standing partners of our charity, we’re proud to support one another through our Schools Partnership Programme. The school wanted to give their students the opportunity to see first-hand the impact of their generosity, and they certainly made the most of their visit! Bringing teamwork and excitement to the task, the students packed an incredible 70 food bags, helping us get vital supplies to those who need them most.
Their generosity didn’t stop there! The school also raised an amazing £81.50 for our charity through a used uniform sale and kindly took one of our hampers to raffle at their school, generating even more funds to support our work. We are so grateful for their ongoing commitment and can’t thank the students and staff enough for their efforts. Their support makes a real difference, and we truly appreciate everything they do for our charity. It’s incredibly heartening to see young people so engaged and enthusiastic about giving back, their dedication is not only impressive, but also a powerful reminder of the positive impact the next generation is already having in our community.
