We are incredibly grateful to the Northampton Trefoil Guild for raising an amazing £900 over the past year in support of The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation. Their generosity will help us continue making a real difference by providing vital services that support vulnerable people and those in need across Northamptonshire.
This wonderful support came after Jane Emerton, a member of the Trefoil Guild, nominated us as their charity of the year.
Jane’s late husband, Michael, was a much-loved member of our Cheers for Tuesday’s club, and she fondly recalls how much he enjoyed his time with us, always coming home with stories of fun and friendship. Jane now attends our Stay Well Wednesday club, and we’re so pleased to have her as part of our community.
On February 20th, 2025, Jenna, our Community Outreach Worker, was invited to speak at the Trefoil Guild’s meeting, where she had the opportunity to share more about our work and the impact of their incredible fundraising. A heartfelt thank you to Jane and everyone at the Trefoil Guild for their kindness and support – it truly means so much!
