Stay Well Wednesdays is The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation’s newest social club! Join us every Wednesday from 10:30am-1:00pm for a great afternoon of wellbeing-focused fun!

We have loads on offer, including keep-fit classes which are super accessible, offering chair versions for every activity. We also provide a hot lunch and wellbeing sessions, group discussions and talks – all for a £4 entry fee! On top of this, for an extra £6, you can access professional hair cutting and toenail care services. You can take these activities at your own pace, so don’t worry if it sounds like a lot right now.
